Responsible for the complete physical design, implementation, packaging and delivey of the sub-systems and/or Top level. Design and implement – floorplaning, PnR, Clocktree synthesis, IR Drop and power analysis, Physical verification and timing closure, signoff with power integrity and low power checks.

Education Level Required – B.Tech(Electronics), Years of Work Experience – 4 to 6,.

The Other skills required are Experience with Synopsys/Cadence Back-end tools, F/P, PnR, Clocktree, Power integrity,low power checks, Physical verification and timing closure is a must. Knowledge of scripting and programming language is an add on.

Test Management – (Test environment – SW responsible)

Responsibility:
Tool requirement handling and product documentation.
Propose improvements on tool chain requirements
Analysis, design, development, and validation of CQTM schema and user interface.
Handle and synchronize the releases with releases of other related tools.
Trouble shooting, which means debugging the code together with SW developers
Ensure that the Test Management System (CQTM) is conforming to architectural rules and routines, e.g. the commonly defined Test Management Model.
Evaluating new test harnesses, to support any ST-Ericsson platform.
Support the tool users.
Liaison with 3rd party for updates to Test Management System.
Authority:
Organize and plan the daily work within the current scope.
Design of the tool architecture, within the boundaries of the overall tools system architecture.
Scope:
Maintain and develop CQTM , within the boundaries of the overall tools system architecture.
General tools hygiene factors
ISTQB certified or having the corresponding knowledge
Having good knowledge in English, both spoken and in writing
General understanding of ST-Ericsson platforms
Fundamental knowledge in software structures
Understanding of test management model and applicable processes
Capability to work in a everchanging environment with changed priorities
Personal Skills:
Strong customer focus: Launch the test environment needed by verification projects.
Strong focus on results and an interest in exploring new technologies
Social skills and skills in communicating with internal and external customers
Mentality to find faults and break the test environment
