Job Location -Bangalore, India
Responsibility:
Development, evaluation and maintenance of the test environment hardware in DBDT and CQTM environments.
Deployment of new HW and new SW into the tools chains.
Test, measurement and automation.
Train test environment users.
Present the test environment to customers.
Propose improvments on tool chain requirements
Authority:
Organize and plan the daily work within the current scope.
Scope:
Operation and maintenance of DBDT and CQTM environments.
General tools hygiene factors:
ISTQB certified or having the corresponding knowledge
Having good knowledge in English, both spoken and in writing
General understanding of ST-Ericsson platforms
Fundamental knowledge in software structures
Understanding of test management model and applicable processes
Capability to work in a everchanging environment with changed priorities
Personal Skills:
Strong customer focus: Launch the test environment needed by verification projects.
Strong focus on results and an interest in exploring new technologies
Social skills and skills in communicating with internal and external customers
Mentality to find faults and break the test environment
Hands-on approach: Eagerness to isolate the root cause of the test environment issue
Colleagues feel this is a cooperative and trustworthy person
Documented interest in testing i.e. seeing the test work as a career path
Personal Skills:
Willing to help and teach colleagues, personal network builder
Education:
Master of science degree, but Bachelor of scienc could do if relevant experience complements the education.
Experience:
2 years of using test management systems
2 years of experience from operating and monitoring automated test environments
2 years of experience from electrical measurement and analysis
2 years of test execution/trouble shooting/ER documenting experience
4 Years M or 6 Years B
